Personal Trainer

As a two-time bodybuilding professional, I have extensive knowledge of how the body works and how it responds. I love personal training because it allows me to do just that. Get personal with my people. No matter what walk of life you come from, I want to be able to help you reach those fitness goals you’ve always had the desire of achieving for yourself.

My specialties include strength training, body recomposition, and dieting/nutritional guidance. My training methods are personalized based on individualized needs. My goal is to equip my clients with the right tools that integrate fitness into their lives in a way that makes them feel confident in and outside of the gym space.

As a dedicated personal trainer, I specialize in helping clients build strength, lose weight, and recover safely and effectively from surgery or injury. My approach is rooted in functional and lifestyle-based training—focusing on movements that make everyday life easier, safer, and more enjoyable.

With a background in muscle development and corrective exercise, I design programs that improve mobility, stability, and overall body mechanics. I believe fitness should support the way you live, whether that means lifting with confidence, moving without pain, or having the energy to take on your day.

Gabe graduated from Colorado state university Pueblo with bachelors In Exercise Science and attained my NASM certification 2015 . From 2006 to 2016 he competed in men’s bodybuilding qualifying for nationals four times , and 2x Natural Colorado state  runner up .

 

Gabe has ten years experience in personal training in from every major franchise 24 Hour fitness , Lifetime Fitness  and EOS gaining new knowledge in each place . He specializes in bodybuilding  , strength and conditioning, and fat loss.
